4. 40 Day Devotional Book (Recommendation “Give Me 40 Days of Healing” by Freeda Bowers or “Morning Decrees 365 Day Devotional” by Dr. Jeffery A. Williams

5. 40 Days of Daily Communion w/ Juice & Unleavened Bread) 

6. 40 Day Fast (choose some food, some delicacy to give up)
